Union/Flange type Sight Glass and fittings

We specialize in manufacturing food-grade hygiene machinery components for various industries, ensuring safety and quality in every product we deliver to our valued clients and partners.

Union SG unit is suitable for welding onto the vessel wall, the lid of a manway or dished head.

Supplied complete with hygienic male base, with glass disc, gaskets and slotted outer nut.

Size ranges from DN25 to DN150.

Standard operating temperatures of up to 200°C

Standard operating pressures of up to 6 bar

Materials: The males can be supplied in either 304 or 316L stainless steel

Material of construction- The Manways are available in 316 stainless steels as standard with 304 stainless steel available as an option or as per customer requirements

Surface finish- Matt and Mirror 2B or 4B Mirror as per process and customer requirement.

Sizes- 150 mm to 800 mm, as per customer requirement.

Lid type- Domed, flat, hinged, bolted or clamp style.

Operating pressure – Atmospheric and pressure up to 20 Bar

Manways with sight glass is available as per customer requirement

Union fittings

This hygienic union fitting is suitable for use in fixed pipework where little dismantling is

required. The wetted parts are supplied in 316 stainless steel and the nuts in 304 SS.The union has a crevice free construction where a T shaped seal fits flush with the tube’s bore.Size range: 1” to 4”

Surface finish: Surface finishing is carried out to our customers’ requirements and include

mirror polishing and passivation.
